Registration for the FPCH Fall Retreat is OPEN!  Here’s how to sign up:

1.  Register here on Eventzilla. An invoice will be e-mailed to you

2.  Reserve your space(s) with a deposit of $50/adult and $25/child paid by one of the following methods:

  • check  (memo line: Forest Home - Nov.)-- mailed to or dropped off at the church office
  • online through https://pushpay.com/g/fpchlosangeles?src=hpp --select "Forest Home-Nov 2018" in dropdown list
  • Texting FPCH to 77977 --This will connect you to PUSHPAY

3.  Rates increase by $10 after September 16th

4.  The remainder of your payment is due by Oct. 28th.

 

Cancellation policy

If you cancel by October 28, you will be refunded the total that you've paid minus your desposit. ($50/adult, $25/child).
